Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment All course bookings must be completed through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking. A booking confirmation will be sent by email once payment has been successfully processed. It is the learner's responsibility to ensure all booking details are accurate. 2. Eligibility Learners must meet any course prerequisites, age requirements, or qualification requirements stated on the course information page. Failure to meet entry requirements may result in refusal of attendance without refund. 3. Cancellation by the Learner Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund, less any administrative fees. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the course fee. Failure to attend a course without prior notice will be treated as a non-attendance and no refund will be provided. 4. Transfers and Rescheduling Requests to transfer to another course date must be made in writing. Transfers requested more than 14 days before the course date will normally be accommodated free of charge, subject to availability. Transfers requested within 14 days of the course date may incur an administration fee. Only one transfer per booking may be permitted. 5. Cancellation by the Training Provider We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Where a course is cancelled by us, learners will be offered either: A full refund; or A transfer to an alternative course date. 6. Online Learning Requirements Learners are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access, equipment, and software required for online training, where informed prior to the course start date, if required Technical issues on the learner's side do not automatically qualify for refunds or rescheduling. 7. Assessment and Certification Certification is subject to successful completion of all course requirements, assessments, and attendance criteria. Certificates will only be issued where awarding body requirements have been met. 8. Refunds Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. 9. Data Protection Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy
